NetSurveillance is a program that may be blocking your ability to check IP addresses on your network. This could be due to its configuration or settings. You may need to adjust the program's settings or consult its documentation for further assistance.

When I type in the IP address on the iPhone 6 browser I do get the entry menu. I can enter the web site but the language is Chinese and I do not see any link to change it. Also, I can't view any of the DVR videos.

Unfortunately, there is no information related to the language used by the NetSurveillance, but there is a way to find out how to change the language. Use a desktop PC/Mac, etc. and browse to the same website and then log-in with your username. Search the website the exact location from where you can change the language and then do the same on the iPhone 6. It should work this way. Of course, there is a possibility that Chinese to be the only language available for the system.
